For some years we have concentrated on selling through selected dealers, and we expect them to continue as our main customers. However, we also expect and want more retail sales.  We think that people will pay a little more for the highest quality bagpipes available. There is a reason why our pipes take much longer to make: no detail can be ignored or skipped. Everything is done for a reason.
